The Shear Resisting Device is installed between the pier cap and girder, the functions are description 
       as the follows:
　　　1. Resisting the design ultimate horizontal load
　　　2. No support the vertical load of superstructure, and no influence on the distribution of vertical load.
　　　3. With the elastic recovery ability, accommodating the SLS movements in the longitudinal direction because of 
              thermal changes and concrete shrinkage & creep.
　　　4. With elastic elastomer and provide applicable energy dissipation and damping function in seismic condition.
　　　5. The design shall conform to the following requirement: component safety after loading, control the deformation, 
              no modify the dimension of bridge pier and superstructure, easily installation and replacement.
